Elmer`s Hamburgers in Detroit

A Detroit Classic, Family owned, Delicious burgers, great price, Great people, I miss the burgers, a little I quit beef.

I tried to go after 25 year..it was the most unorganized, ghetto place to be. Very unprofessional, staff was fustrated and overwhelmed. I was told come back in an hour to place an order they ran out of burgers. It was crowded because customer was picking up with remaining burgers sold. I went to Telway burgers who was organized, excell9 customer service. I was in and out in no time at Telway. Their burgers were still delicious as I remembered from 25 yrs ago.

Like ordering a burger from heaven.

So. Freaking. Good! And they have turkey burgers :)

If you enjoy classic, "back in the day" burger's... You gotta try Elmer's, I know you won't be disappointed!

Not like it used to be. Food was under cooked and where you order dirty and very cold

I've been eating Elmer's since I was 21 the cheese burgers are the bomb. What ever you order here you will like.

Stopped by for a quick bite before the game. Cook/Cashier told me to come back in 30 minutes. Worst customer service ever. I guess the service is only good before noon

One of the Coolest Old-school maltshop. White Castle style, BURGER joints ever, visited 24hr & what I like the most , is that you can use a debit card, in stead of the hassle of only taking cash customers, they get better business that way

Classic burger joint: small, greasy (in a good. way) and understated. Burgers come in two sizes: big or slider small, either way,made fresh as ever. The sliders taste like they invented the slider. Made with fresh beef and freshly grilled onion, mustard and ketchup (all which can be held), the taste will have you wondering why you never came here, and won't let you NOT come here again...

They have the best little hamburgers in the State of Michigan. Love eating here since 1976 living on Ohio St going to Brooks Middle School.

There was an Ignorant employee working today, that made the trip a waste of time for just decent food with a long wait.

Very tasty Burger's!!! Inexpensive and delicious. The place was also very clean almost spotless!!! The burgers are cooked fresh to order.

I would give you give them a 5 star. But they lazy butts don't answer phones. And barely carry turkey burgers. Which are on the menum

Lady serving you seem to have a bad attitude. Serve is slow but food is good. They need to hire atleast one worker to help out.

I've been eating at Elmer's since 1992 they are the best burgers around. They use fresh ground beef smothered with grilled onions cheese, pickles on a steamed bun. It's heaven just pure heaven.

A simple little greasy spoon hamburger joint,however, they make some of the best little hamburgers on the Westside of Detroit. Customer service is great as well and it's always hopping around lunchtime! Been hitting this spot since elementary school...so you know it's been a long time!

Went here several times, for a burger while trekking home from school in 1973-74. Delicious then, Delicious now! Sometimes you just gotta have an Elmer's burger!!! I know my husband and I do. The staff is friendly too. Yum!
